Summary

TutorServices operates as a tuition information and tutor-matching service. These Terms explain how students, parents, guardians, tutors and website visitors may use the website, submit enquiries, register tutor profiles and communicate about tuition services.

Important: TutorServices does not guarantee tutor availability, tutor approval, student assignments, academic results, admissions, ranks, marks or uninterrupted website access. Final tuition arrangements, fees, schedules, safety expectations and payment terms should be confirmed directly before regular classes begin.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you access the TutorServices website, browse service pages, submit a student enquiry, register as a tutor, contact TutorServices or use any website feature connected with tuition services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not submit personal details or use the website to request or offer tuition. Parents or legal guardians should submit or supervise enquiries for minors where appropriate.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Editorial Policy, Tutor Verification Process and Tutor Code of Conduct.

2. Nature of Services

TutorServices provides information about tuition services and helps collect requirements from students, parents and tutors. The website is not a school, university, examination board or guarantee-based coaching institution.

Student and parent enquiries

Students and parents may request support for home tuition, online tuition, offline tuition, one-to-one tuition, group tuition, academic coaching, language learning, computer courses, hobby classes, subjects, boards, classes and competitive exam preparation.

Tutor registrations

Tutors may submit profile details for review and possible matching with relevant enquiries. Registration does not create employment, partnership, agency, guaranteed approval, guaranteed assignments or guaranteed income.

Matching assistance

Possible matches may depend on class, subject, board, location, learning mode, schedule, language preference, tutor availability and expected fees. A suggested match is not a final confirmation until both sides agree.

No outcome guarantee

TutorServices may support learning arrangements, but cannot guarantee marks, ranks, admissions, examination selection, fluency, employment outcomes or a fixed improvement timeline.

For practical service details, review TutorServices offerings or visit the Frequently Asked Questions page.

3. User Responsibilities

All users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for maintaining respectful, lawful communication.

  • Provide accurate information: Do not submit false names, qualifications, experience, requirements, locations, availability or contact details. Update important information when it changes.
  • Communicate respectfully: Avoid abusive, discriminatory, threatening, misleading or inappropriate communication. Keep interactions connected with the tuition enquiry or arrangement.
  • Follow applicable rules: Do not use the website or contact information for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, fraud, copyright infringement or unauthorised data collection.
  • Protect personal information: Share only necessary information, supervise arrangements involving minors and do not publish another user's private details without appropriate permission.

Users should confirm these points before regular tuition begins

  1. Confirm the subject, class, board and learning goals.
  2. Discuss qualifications, teaching approach and suitability.
  3. Agree on location or platform, timings and session duration.
  4. Confirm fees, payment timing and cancellation expectations.
  5. Establish appropriate safety and guardian communication.

4. Tutor Registration

Tutors should provide genuine qualifications, experience, subject expertise, boards, class levels, teaching mode, location, fee expectations, availability and resume information. TutorServices may request clarification or additional information where appropriate.

Profile review is explained on the Tutor Verification Process page. TutorServices does not claim universal police or identity background verification for every tutor. Profile approval does not guarantee student leads and can never substitute for the family's final assessment.

Tutors are expected to follow the Tutor Code of Conduct, including professional communication, preparation, punctuality, confidentiality and appropriate boundaries with learners and families.

5. Fees, Payments and Availability

The tutor form allows hourly, monthly or per-course preferences and includes the label Preferred fee (Per hour in Rupees) for hourly expectations. A submitted amount is a preference, not an automatic final agreement.

Before teaching begins, tutors and families should confirm the final fee, session duration, frequency, payment method, due dates, travel expectations, missed-class arrangements and whether any demo or introductory session is free or paid. TutorServices does not publish one universal payment process for every arrangement.

Any direct payment arrangement between a family and tutor should be handled carefully by the parties involved. TutorServices is not responsible for private payment disputes unless a separate written arrangement clearly states otherwise.

6. Student Enquiries and Matching

A complete enquiry improves relevance but does not guarantee a match within a fixed time.

Requirement details

Parents and students should submit the correct class, board, subjects, city, preferred mode, timings, fee preference and learning goal. Special academic or accessibility needs should be explained appropriately without sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

Availability and location

Home tuition depends on a tutor being available within a practical travel area. Online tuition can widen access but still depends on subject, level, language and schedule. TutorServices cannot promise coverage in every locality or for every specialised request.

Demos and introductions

A demo or introductory session may be offered in some cases, but it is not guaranteed for every enquiry. Users should confirm the session duration, purpose and payment status in advance and use it as one part of their suitability assessment.

Changes or concerns

If an introduction is unsuitable, contact TutorServices with the specific concern. Another match may be considered subject to availability, but immediate replacement is not guaranteed. Users should communicate concerns factually and protect private information.

7. Intellectual Property

TutorServices branding, logos, original website text, page structures and original materials belong to TutorServices or are used with appropriate permission unless otherwise stated. Third-party names, icons, libraries, fonts, platforms and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Users may read and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. They should not copy entire articles, reproduce the website design, remove attribution, claim TutorServices content as their own or use the brand in a misleading way without permission.

Students and tutors remain responsible for respecting copyright in textbooks, worksheets, examination materials, recordings and digital resources used during lessons.

8. Website Content and Educational Information

Articles and service pages are written to help users understand learning options. They are not official notices from a school board, examination body, university or government authority. Time-sensitive rules should be checked against current official sources.

The Editorial Policy explains content standards, AI assistance, corrections and updates. TutorServices may correct, update or reorganise website content as services and educational information develop.

9. Limitations and User Decisions

TutorServices aims to provide useful information, receive enquiries and support relevant introductions. However, tuition decisions involve personal judgement, availability and direct communication between users.

  • No academic guarantees: TutorServices cannot guarantee marks, ranks, admissions, examination success, fluency or a specific improvement timeline.
  • No universal suitability guarantee: Profile review and matching information cannot guarantee a person's conduct, reliability or suitability for every learner.
  • No uninterrupted-access promise: The website or external communication services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, networks, hosting or third-party systems.
  • Users confirm final arrangements: Families and tutors are responsible for discussing fees, schedules, payment, cancellation, supervision, safety and teaching expectations before continuing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TutorServices is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, unavailable tutors, private arrangements, third-party services or academic outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The website uses or links to services that may include Google Analytics, Google Fonts, Gmail, FormSubmit, WhatsApp, telephone and SMS functions, hosting providers, social platforms and other external websites. Clicking a link or sending information through an external service may transfer the interaction outside TutorServices.

TutorServices does not control every aspect of third-party availability, security, content or data handling. Users should review the relevant provider's terms and privacy information before sharing information or relying on an external service.

A link does not automatically mean TutorServices endorses every statement, product or policy on the destination website. External content can change without notice.

Before using an external link

  • Check the destination address.
  • Review the provider's privacy settings.
  • Confirm the recipient before sending details.
  • Avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

11. Privacy and Communication

Information submitted through forms, calls, email, WhatsApp or other contact methods may be used to respond to enquiries, understand learning requirements, review tutor profiles and support suitable communication. Data practices are explained in the Privacy Policy.

By submitting contact details, users allow TutorServices to contact them about the relevant enquiry, registration or support request. Users should not submit information that is false, unnecessary or shared without permission.

12. Suspension or Refusal of Service

TutorServices may decline, pause or stop responding to an enquiry or tutor registration if information appears false, incomplete, inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, spam-like or inconsistent with these Terms.

This may also apply where a user misuses contact information, behaves disrespectfully, misrepresents qualifications, repeatedly submits irrelevant requests or creates risk for students, parents, tutors or the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

TutorServices may revise these Terms when website features, services, forms, communication methods or operating practices change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after publication means the current version applies to that use.

Users should review the current Terms before submitting a new enquiry or tutor profile, especially if significant time has passed since their previous visit.

14. Contact

If a rule or service expectation is unclear, contact TutorServices before submitting information, paying for lessons or confirming a regular schedule.
