Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TutorServices collects through its website, how that information supports tuition enquiries and tutor registrations, which external services may process it and how users can request corrections.

Last updated: 25 July 2026

Quick Summary

How does TutorServices handle personal information?

TutorServices collects information that users submit through student, tutor, contact, demo and enquiry forms so the team can respond, understand learning requirements and consider suitable tutor-student matches. Valid form submissions are sent through the third-party FormSubmit service to TutorServices' Gmail account. The site also uses Google Analytics and limited browser storage for theme and popup preferences.

Important: No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should submit only information needed for their enquiry and contact TutorServices if they want inaccurate details corrected or have a privacy question.

Information We Collect

Information you provide and limited technical information

The exact fields depend on the form or communication method you choose.

Student and parent enquiries

A student enquiry may include student and parent names, mobile number, email address, board, class, required subjects, preferred learning mode, city, preferred timing, fee structure, hourly or monthly preference and additional requirements. The form uses the label Preferred fee (Per hour in Rupees) when hourly fees are selected.

Tutor registration information

A tutor profile may include name, mobile number, email, qualification, experience, subject expertise, boards and classes taught, preferred teaching mode, location, fee expectations, availability and a selected resume file name. The current static website notes that it can include the selected resume file name in the enquiry message, not automatically attach the resume itself.

Messages and communications

Information may be received when users submit a contact or demo form, send an email, call, open a prewritten Gmail message, send an SMS draft or begin a WhatsApp conversation. The content of a communication depends on what the user chooses to provide through that external service.

Technical and analytics information

Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from technical data, device or browser type, interactions and referral information. Hosting and delivery providers may also process ordinary technical request information needed to serve the website, subject to their own systems and policies.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical records or other sensitive information unless TutorServices has specifically requested a necessary document through an appropriate channel and you understand why it is needed.

How We Use Information

Purposes connected with enquiries, matching and website operation

TutorServices uses submitted information to understand and respond to the user's request.

Respond to enquiries

Contact users about a submitted student requirement, tutor registration, demo request, service question or feedback message.

Support relevant matching

Compare class, board, subjects, location, mode, schedule and fee expectations when considering a tutor-student introduction.

Provide support

Clarify requirements, discuss availability, respond to concerns and communicate about an existing enquiry or registration.

Review tutor profiles

Assess submitted qualifications, experience, teaching scope, location, mode and availability for possible relevant enquiries.

Operate and improve the website

Understand site usage, identify technical issues, improve navigation and evaluate which content helps users find information.

Address misuse or safety concerns

Review relevant information when a user reports misleading details, inappropriate communication, security problems or misuse of a form.

TutorServices does not use submitted enquiry information to guarantee a match, academic outcome, tutor lead or employment. The information helps the team assess and communicate about a possible service arrangement.

Cookies & Analytics

Google Analytics and limited browser storage are used

The website loads Google Analytics using measurement ID G-KNFJRWMJHZ. The analytics script is delayed until a user interacts with the page or until a short period after the page loads. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage and device information according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics information helps TutorServices understand broad website activity, such as which pages receive visits and how users move through the site. TutorServices does not use the website code to ask Google Analytics to store form field contents, but analytics providers may process technical and interaction data when their scripts run.

The website also uses localStorage to remember whether the user selected dark or light mode. It uses sessionStorage to remember whether an exit-intent popup has already appeared during the browser session. These preferences remain in the user's browser and are not the same as submitting an enquiry form.

Controls available to users

  • Browser settings can block or remove cookies.
  • Browser site data can clear saved theme preferences.
  • Analytics blocking may affect measurement, not core page access.
  • External services have their own privacy settings.
Data Sharing

Information may be shared when necessary to provide the requested service

TutorServices does not claim that enquiry information is never shared. Relevant sharing may be necessary for communication and tutor matching.

Potential tutor or student matches

Limited, relevant requirement or profile information may be shared with a potential match when appropriate. For example, a tutor may need to know the class, board, subject, general location, mode and schedule before deciding whether an enquiry is suitable. Personal contact details should be shared only when needed for the introduction or agreed communication.

FormSubmit and email delivery

Valid website forms send enquiry information to FormSubmit at formsubmit.co, which processes the submission for delivery to tutorservices.in@gmail.com. FormSubmit and Google may process that information under their own terms and privacy practices. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.

Gmail, SMS, phone and WhatsApp

The site can open a prewritten Gmail message or mobile SMS draft containing form details. The user must choose whether to send it. Clicking WhatsApp, email or telephone links transfers the interaction to the relevant provider or device service, whose privacy practices then apply.

Analytics and website providers

Google Analytics and website hosting or delivery providers may process technical data needed for analytics, security and page delivery. TutorServices may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requirements, protect users or investigate suspected misuse, but does not claim a routine disclosure programme beyond service operation.

TutorServices does not state that personal enquiry data is sold. This policy does not prevent necessary sharing for a requested tutor introduction, external form delivery, analytics or communication selected by the user.

Data Security

Reasonable care is used, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed

TutorServices aims to limit collection to information relevant to enquiries, registration and communication. The website uses HTTPS when served through the live domain, and form data is transmitted to the configured third-party delivery endpoint. Access to received enquiries should be limited to people who need the information for TutorServices operations.

However, email, web forms, mobile networks, third-party services and internet transmission can never be guaranteed completely secure. Users should carefully review information before submitting it and should not send highly sensitive documents through ordinary forms or messages unless an appropriate process has been confirmed.

If you believe personal information was sent to the wrong person, used unexpectedly or exposed through the website, contact TutorServices promptly with enough detail to understand the concern. Do not publish private information in public reviews or social-media comments.

Safer submission checklist

  1. Provide only information needed for the enquiry.
  2. Check the recipient before sending Gmail or SMS.
  3. Avoid passwords and payment-card information.
  4. Confirm how requested documents will be handled.
  5. Report unexpected communication promptly.
User Rights & Requests

Contact TutorServices to update or question submitted information

Depending on the information held and applicable requirements, users may contact TutorServices with the following requests.

Update information

Tell TutorServices when a phone number, email, subject requirement, location, availability or tutor profile detail has changed.

Request a correction

Identify information that is inaccurate or incomplete and provide enough context to locate the relevant enquiry or profile.

Ask a privacy question

Ask how information was received, why it is needed, which service processes it or how a concern can be addressed.

To help identify the correct record, TutorServices may ask for reasonable confirmation such as the email address, phone number, submission date or enquiry type. Do not send additional identity documents unless they are specifically needed and an appropriate method has been agreed.

Children's Privacy

Parents or guardians should manage enquiries for younger learners

TutorServices provides educational matching services that may relate to children. A parent or guardian should submit and manage enquiries for younger students, provide only necessary information and remain involved in important tutor communication, scheduling and safety decisions.

Children should not be asked to provide unnecessary personal information directly. Tutors should follow the Tutor Code of Conduct, maintain age-appropriate communication and include guardians in significant discussions relating to minors.

Retention

Information may be kept while relevant to the enquiry

TutorServices may retain enquiry or registration communications while they remain relevant to matching, support, record continuity or a reported concern. The website does not currently publish one fixed retention period for every category of information.

Users may contact TutorServices to ask about information connected with their submission. Some information may remain in email systems, provider records or backups for operational, security or legal reasons that cannot always be removed immediately.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may change as the website develops

TutorServices may update this policy when forms, analytics, communication methods, third-party services or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Users should review the current page when submitting new information.

External services referenced in this policy

Google Analytics, Gmail, FormSubmit, WhatsApp, telephone and SMS services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. TutorServices does not control every aspect of how those providers process information. Users can review provider policies and device settings before using an external communication option.
